Returns and Refund Policy

What are the refund terms and conditions?

 

You may request a refund or a free replacement for any of your orders within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the products are found to be defective or damaged.

Items that have already been replaced or exchanged are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued as store coupon codes, which can be utilized for future orders.

How long does the refund process take?

 

The refund process will commence within 24-48 hours upon receiving your product. Once initiated, the store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours for use in placing new orders.

I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?

 

Customers will be notified via email once the refund process has been initiated.

If our latest email indicates that the refund process is underway, kindly await its completion.

*Requests for returns, refunds, and replacements must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date. Any requests beyond this 7-day period will not be accommodated.
